Brake Rod and Pedal

SAFETY FIRST: Protective gloves and eyewear are recommended at this point.

Removal

Slide the brake pedal pivot out of the frame. Unhook the rear brake switch spring from the pedal.

Remove the cotter pin and washer from the brake rod joint.

Push out the brake rod joint from the rod/ pedal connection. Remove the brake rod from the pedal.
